Right now, it’s time to clear away any FAWG which only clouds and darkens our living experience of Truth and Light. Please say “From this moment on I choose not to allow any FAWG to take root anywhere within my soul.” FAWG stands for Fear, Anger, Worry, and Guilt – and the sooner we get rid of it, the better!
FEAR stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear is the absence of faith. Fear means we are giving our power away to things that have no power. We cannot control everything, but we can control our response to anything. The way we respond to things that happen reveals the truth about our level of spiritual maturity and level of consciousness.
Anger is the most destructive force in any relationship. Most depression is anger turned inward. Usually there is hurt or an underlying pain wherever there is anger, but anger is still a choice. Anger is optional. It does not advance us to higher joys and expanding happiness if we choose to be angry. Getting angry does not help the situation or fix the problem. It only reveals what or who we are giving our power away to in that moment. Nothing can anger you unless you say so. Anyone who angers you, conquers you!
Worrying is like praying for what you don’t want. Worry is imaginary, it’s not real and we make it up. We waste precious energy and drive ourselves crazy this way. The imagination used in a positive direction is optimism and the imagination in a negative direction is worry. Worry is also completely optional. The sun will always rise on time, so don’t you worry!
Guilt is not constructive. Everyone is doing the best they can, given their individual and unique circumstances. We would be no different and would make the same decisions if we walked in their shoes and were born to the same circumstances and had the same teachers and the same beliefs. All you can do is your best. All you can give is your best. Even when we do our best, we always feel we could have done better. Don’t waste your time on “could have, should have and would have” as these are counterproductive. Learning lessons instead of wallowing in guilt is what advances you to the higher ground of empowerment.
You can expect to experience a better life that is beyond amazing as you improve in living without the presence of FAWG. Joy is the natural state of the Soul. This is why we ask, “What’s the matter or what’s wrong?” whenever we see others not enjoying the gift of life or being alive.
The goal of Life is fulfillment. Everything that lives simply wants to be satisfied. The purpose of Life is for the expansion of happiness. You don’t need to look for joy. Joy is EVERYWHERE because you bring it with you.
Your Life is your greatest teacher that will never make a mistake at putting you in the perfect situations necessary to awaken you. Allow your experiences to activate your expanding awareness and bring forth your greater beauty, love and potential.
You can only become more and never less of your True Self. You must keep going no matter what. No blaming. No excuses.
