I sent Amber a message after my reading. She delivered the message about my Mum's passing. She didn't ask me for details (name, dob). To be honest, we don't know if they have a written script to deliver the same message to bereaved customers, so I asked her toward the end of the call if my Mum had any messages for me. The line went silent, she wasn't responding after some time, so I had to end the call - this lady is expensive! Given her green light button is on 24/7, I wrote to her yesterday, asking if she could please refund a minute. No response received, so this is my feedback. Anyone figure out how she's on 24/7? Does she not sleep?
